EATING HEALTHY IS NOT A PROBLEM

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AT KUHN RIKON?
Since September 2007, over 10 years now.

WHAT IS YOUR TAST AREA?
I am a General Manager and head the Kuhn Rikon subsidiary Spain in Zaragoza.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE COOKING AND EATING THE MOST?
I like cooking risotto with the 3-minute-method in the Hotpan best.
My favourite dish is a good rib of beef with a lovely red wine.


HAVE YOU A SPECIFIC METHOD FOR EATING HEALTHILY?
I am lucky as I love fruit, vegetables and pulses and I make sure to buy natural products and not products that have been over-processed.
 

HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF PHYSICALLY FIT?
I don’t eat too many carbohydrates and fat, for two reasons: I like playing high level tennis and I also like sweet things, which is why I have to offset somewhat!


WHAT DO SPANIARDS LOVE ABOUT SWITZERLAND?
In Spain the word “Swiss” means the same as “the best”.
 

TRIED PAELLA IN THE PRESSURE COOKER YET?
Yes! We always prepare it in the DUROMATIC® and, quite honestly, for people who live in an apartment as 95% of Spaniards do, it is by far the best method of cooking it as the taste is fully concentrated.
