RETURN POLICY

We grant a voluntary 30-day right of return for almost all items if they are not to your liking or due to an incorrect order. The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs for returns:
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.

Credit note and refund:
Credit will be issued using the same payment method as the original payment was made.
The refund may take up to 30 days under certain circumstances.

Condition of the returned goods:
The returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, clean and unused.
All accessories supplied must also be complete and undamaged.
The goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Compensation for opened packaging:
An expense allowance of 10% of the sales value, at least CHF 10, will be charged for opened packaging.

Excluded from the right of return are
Goods that are incomplete or whose original packaging is missing or damaged.
Goods that are soiled, used or damaged.
Special orders and larger quantities at the customer's request.
Personalised items.
