Delivery restrictions
Delivery can only take place within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Dispatch costs
With an order value of CHF 80.- upwards we deliver without charging for delivery. For orders under CHF 80.- a delivery charge of CHF 8.90 is made. For orders consisting solely of spare parts, a delivery charge of CHF 3.90 will be applied if the order total is less than CHF 80. 

Dispatch and delivery times
As soon as your order is received, it is processed without delay and then passed on to our dispatch partner. This means that goods will reach you within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and your digital invoice, in which you will also receive a tracking number to follow the journey of the package.
