Our products made of high-quality ceramics are handmade and can therefore have small variations in shape, material and decoration.
- Highquality white clay
- Handmade in Italy
- Classic form
- Induction suitable fondue pot 23cm
- 2.7 liters, ideal for 4-6 people (we count 200g of cheese per person)
- After use, leave the fondue pot filled with cold water to stand for a short time to facilitate removal of cheese residues (do not leave it in the water bath)
- After this the fondue pot can easily be cleaned with a washing up brush and washing up liquid
- Information on the induction hob: In rare cases, the induction hob may not recognize the ceramic Caquelon. We therefore recommend a short function check before first use: Place the empty caquelon on the hob and switch to a medium setting. If a connection is established and remains stable for 30 seconds, then the Caquelon will work without problems on your hob. If the stove does not recognize the Caquelon or the connection breaks off before the 30 seconds are reached, please contact Kuhn Rikon customer service.
- Never use the power level when preparing fondue on induction hobs. This can lead to overheating of the caquelon base.
- We recommend the use of an aluminium transmission plate (Art. 32045) on the rechaud to ensure optimum heat distribution.
