Description

With the "Alpenglühen" raclette set it gets particularly cosy by candlelight. Ingredients are cooked in the little grill pans only by the candle flame in the shortest time. The punched out mountain motif looks particularly effective in flickering candlelight and leaves a lasting impression behind - your very own alpine glow in the company of your nearest and dearest. A small tip for all our raclette sets: also ideally suited as a mini rechaud when brunching. Mini scrambled eggs and mini sausages can also be cooked with it. Try it.

Use and Care

The mini raclette set is not suitable for dishwashers! The pan has a non-stick coating.
Do not use any metal objects such as knives, spoons, forks, etc. directly on the surfaces with a non-stick coating.
Clean with a soft cloth or brush in warm water with detergent: never use pan scourers, steel whool or abrasive cleaners
Soak the candle holders in warm water to clean them. This makes it easy to loosen wax
The quality of the candles has an effect on the intensity of the heat as well as the time the mini raclette set can be used for. For this reason we recommend for burnt out candles to reorder the candle set art. 32250.
Note on soot formation: Particularly when using the power candles for the first time, there may be more soot on the bottom of the pan. This is due to the high heat output of up to 190 °C in the centre of the pan. We recommend wiping off the soot with a dry paper towel at the end of the raclette cooking process before washing it off.
