WE PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF OUR EMPLOYEES
Working at Kuhn Rikon and collaborating with Kuhn Rikon should be enjoyable. This principle is anchored in our sustainability strategy.
Our employees are our top priority. In 2009, we became the first company in the canton of Zurich to be awarded the Friendly Work Space quality label. To retain this label, we are audited every three years by independent experts. This demonstrates that we are deeply committed to the health and well-being of our employees, implement concrete measures and invest a lot of time in systematic health management.
These measures include regular massages at the workplace, sporting activities such as hiking tours and skiing weekends, a relaxation room and a company gym. We also use a digital app to promote individual health in everyday life. Other examples of what we offer include flexible working hours, health days and specific training courses and workshops on health topics.

MEMBERSHIP OF THE ECONOMIC ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH PROMOTION SWITZERLAND
As a member of the Economic Advisory Board of Health Promotion Switzerland, we make an important contribution to promoting health in the workplace. In addition to helping develop sustainable measures and concepts that enhance employee well-being, we actively support the further development of the ‘Friendly Work Space’ label. In doing so, we are committed to sustainable workplace health promotion.
Since 2009, we have been proud to hold the prestigious ‘Friendly Work Space’ quality label awarded by Health Promotion Switzerland. Our systematic occupational health management (OHM) system is regularly reviewed by independent assessors and continuously improved. Successful recertification not only confirms the ‘Friendly Work Space’ label, but also our ongoing development.
This label not only signals our exemplary CHM to the outside world, but also strengthens our positive corporate culture internally. Flexible working models, work-life balance and family friendliness are a matter of course for us. Our employees benefit from varied tasks, exciting challenges and a working environment that focuses on their health.
