Use and Care

For normal soiling, after use, clean while still hot with a soft cloth or sponge in hot washing-up water
For the stainless steel material on the outside, use a chromium steel cleaner, e.g. SWISS CLEANER, in case of coarse soiling / scale or discolouration
Do not use any scouring detergents on the inside.
Dishwasher suitable, washing by hand is recommended
Abrasive detergents and dishwashers can damage the pan surface
Never remove residues with sharp objects such as a knife, steel wool or scourers of copper (scratch marks)
