LIET'S BE HONEST: WHO'S THE BETTER COOKER, YOU OR YOUR WIFE?
I love cooking, and my wife isn’t so fond of it, so I’m usually the one who cooks at home. I’m probably better at starters and main courses, but she’s definitely better at making desserts.
WHAT WAS YOUR WORST EVER BOOBY IN THE KITCHEN?
Once, when cooking an evening meal for my future mother-in-law and her mother, I was just adding the final touches to the seasoning, and the entire glass of curry plus lid fell into the sauce. We ended up eating a quick white wine sauce with the fish.
WHO WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO COOK A MENU WITH?
Eckart Witzigmann. Who wouldn’t enjoy cooking with a chef of the century for once!

IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT KITCHEN AID STILL NEEDS TO BE INVENTED?
No more aids need to be invented, because people are already able to conjure up so much in kitchens all around the world. But I’m sure we’ll have lots of new ideas for additions and things to make life easier.
