HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH KUHN RIKON?

WHAT IS YOUR TASK AREA?
I am head of the Sales Export Internal Service Team and, in this area, I mainly look after our subsidiary companies and customers based worldwide.
 

WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
As soon as I get to the office in the mornings, I work through all the e-mails first of all, which I have received overnight from our customers abroad. Then I look after orders, organise deliveries and produce the necessary transport papers. My daily work also includes the answering of customer queries and collaboration on various projects. At the moment I am involved in the introduction of our new ERP system, which is to optimise business processes even further – an exciting task!
 

WHICH HOME-COOKED MENU WOULD CONQUER YOUR HEART?
That’s actually quite simple: risotto, risotto, risotto! In all conceivable savoury and sweet variations. I can’t get enough of it. The great thing about risotto is that it can be combined with pretty much every ingredient. This makes it tasty, never boring.
 

WHICH THREE KUHN RIKON PRODUCTS ARE USED THE MOST OFTEN IN YOUR KITCHEN?
The colourful Colori knives are in daily use in my kitchen in their different sizes and colours. The Hotpan is also one of my favourites because it is so multifunctional and is ideally suited for healthy, energy-saving cooking. And even for the preparation of risotto as well to pick up on the previous question. The ceramic frying-pans are likewise often to be found on my hob. Successful cooking straightaway.
