Strainer and splatter guard in one. The strainer/splatter guard from Kuhn Rikon’s Smart & Compact range replaces a conventional colander. Simply position the strainer on top of the pan and drain off excess liquid. It also protects your hob and work surfaces from oil splashes when you fry food.
The strainer/splatter guard can be used with all pots and pans in the sizes 20cm & 24cm.

When using as a splatter guard, handles can become hot, use potholders or similar for safety reasons. Thanks to its flat design, you save precious storage space.
