- »1 onions chop
- »1 baking apples core and cut into thin slices
- »2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- »3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- »1 dl full bodied red wine
- »3 tbsp redcurrant jelly
- »1 tbsp instant vegetable stock
- »2 bay leaves
Preparations
1. Quarter the red cabbage, cut into strips by hand or with the vegetable plane. Do not use the stalk. It does however hold the leaves together for you to cut them with the vegetable plane.
Instructions
1. In the DUROMATIC® sweat the onions in the clarified butter. Add the red cabbage and all other ingredients, mix well.
2. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
3. Close the lid. Cook at pressure on setting 2 for 15 minutes.
4. As soon as the desired pressure level has been reached, start the cooking assistant. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android
5. At the end of the cooking time press lightly on the pressure indicator stem until no more steam escapes.
6. Stir the red cabbage well, season and, depending on consistency, reduce somewhat.
