- »400 g Orecchiette
- »2 tbsp olive oil
- »1 shallots peel and chop finely
- »2 garlic cloves peel and squeeze
- »200 g Chorizo remove the skin and cut into thin slices
- »1 tsp paprika, sweet
- »1/2 tsp hot paprika
- »1/2 tsp dried thyme
- »50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil drain and slice finely
- »50 g black olives stoned cut in half
- »2 tsp capers drained
- »200 g Chopped tinned tomatoes or passata
- »1 1/5 l instant vegetable stock
- »150 g Manchego cheese grately freshly
- » Sea salt and black pepper Freshly ground
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil on medium heat, then sweat the shallots and garlic for 1 minute.
2. Add sliced chorizo, paprika and thyme and cook lightly for 2 minutes.
3. Pour on the bouillon and passata and bring to the boil on the highest setting, then add the orecchiette, dried tomatoes, olives and capers. Turn down to setting 2/3 and allow to cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
4. Put on the lid and start the cooking assistant of the app. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android
5. Then place the lid on, place the DUROTHERM®/HOTPAN® onto the base/into the insulating bowl and softcook for 7 minutes.
Serving
As soon as the cooking time is at an end, stir half of the manchego into the pasta. Serve the remaining cheese separately.
