Ingredients
- »2 eggs
- »60 g sugar
- »40 g butter at room temperature
- »80 g Nutella (hazelnut chocolate spread)
- »10 g cocoa powder
- »20 g flour
- »60 g hazelnuts, ground
- »1 tbsp liquid butter or sunflower oil to grease the moulds
- »2 tbsp hazelnuts, ground to sprinkle the mould bottoms
Preparations
1. Grease the moulds with liquid butter or oil.
2. Sprinkle the mould bottom with ground hazelnuts.
Instructions
1. In a bowl beat the eggs together with the sugar until foamy. It is best to use a hand mixer.
2. Add Nutella, soft butter, cocoa and flour and mix well.
3. Pour the mass into the ramekins.
4. Place the trivert into the DUROMATIC® Comfort and just cover with water.
5. Place the ramekins onto the trivert .
6. Place the lid on the pan and start cooking assistant of the app. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android
Serving
Open the lid and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Loosen around rim with a small kitchen knife, then turn out onto a plate.
Serve the cakes lukewarm.

Serving
