Ingredients

  • »300 g lean beef (shoulder) cut into 10 g cubes
  • »2 tbsp clarified butter or sunflower oil for frying
  • »2 onions chop finely
  • »1 garlic cloves Crush or chop
  • »1 tbsp tomato purée
  • »1 dl full bodied red wine
  • »3 tsp paprika, sweet
  • »1 red pepper halve, core and cut into cubes
  • »2 carrots peel, cut into small cubes
  • »2 potatoes peel, cut into cubes
  • »2 ripe tomatoes remove the stalk and core, cut into small cubes
  • »1 l instant beef stock prepare
  • »1 bay leaves
  • »1/2 tsp caraway ground
  • »1 tbsp maizena express, brown
  • »3 tbsp leaf parsley

Instructions

1. Heat the clarified butter in the DUROMATIC®. Lightly sweat onions and garlic.

2. Add the cubed beef, bell pepper and tomato purée and cook together.

3. Pour on red wine and allow to reduce somewhat.

4. Add the carrots, tomatoes, pepper, potatoes, caraway, bayleaf and bouillon.

5. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

6. Close the lid. Cook under pressure on setting 1 for 20 minutes.

7. As soon as the desired pressure level has been reached, start the cooking assistant. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

8. At the end of the cooking time cool the rim of the cooker under cold running water until the pressure indicator stem remains in its lowest position.

9. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
