- »2 tbsp olive oil
- »8 eggs break the eggs into a large bowl and beat well with the whisk
- »2 tbsp olive oil for frying
- »1 onions peel and cut finely
- »160 g boiled ham cut in cubes
- »100 g button mushrooms clean, cut in half and then into fine strips
- »100 g Fresh leaf spinach wash and shake dry
- »2 ripe tomatoes core and cut up finely
- »160 g cheese of one's own choice grate
- » Salt and pepper if required
Instructions
1. Heat the frying pan on setting 2/3 together with the olive oil, fry the onions, cooked ham and mushrooms for 3 minutes, then add to the eggs and mix well.
2. Add the rest and mix well together.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the frying pan on setting 2/3 with olive oil, then pour the eggs into it; do not stir. Place the lid on top and fry until the egg mixture sets on top.
5. As soon as the top of the frittata is firm, lay a large plate or dish on the frying pan, then turn the frittata over onto it with some momentum. Then allow to slide back into the frying pan and place back onto the cooking zone.
6. Place the lid on top and continue to cook for 3 minutes
Serving
Place the frittata onto a dish and cut into pieces. Serve as a main course or lukewarm as tapas.
