The secret is cooking gently. The thermal cookware range HOTPAN® allows you to cook healthy dishes without fat. It is the well-conceived interplay of pot and insulating bowl that makes the HOTPAN® so practical. All you need to do is to heat your dish briefly and the HOTPAN® will take care of the rest of the cooking. The food stays hot in the HOTPAN® for up to two hours. This is not only convenient but also very healthy. And you use 60% less energy to top it all.
The HOTPAN® Comfort from Kuhn Rikon sets new standards. The cookware with integrated temperature sensor and Bluetooth control tells us in real time via app what to do. And it also provides numerous tasty menu suggestions with a guarantee of success.
Important Notice:
You can benefit from a further highlight if you have a matching V-Zug hob with guided cooking function as well. Because then your pot will not only talk to the app, but directly to your hob. You don't even have to adjust the cooking level.

Use and Care
- For normal soiling use ordinary detergent
- For intensive soiling, scale and/or discoloration use a chromium steel cleaner - e.g. SWISS CLEANER
- The pot's surface can be damaged with abrasive cleaners and dishwashers
- POT: Dishwasher suitable, washing by hand is recommended
- If washed regularly in the dishwasher, synthetic fittings may lose their shine and aluminium may oxidise or corrode
- LID: not dishwasher suitable (electronic parts)
- Never remove food stuck to the pan with sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or scourers (scratches)
- Limescale can also be easily removed with vinegar or lemon juice
