  • 4 courgettes wash and cut in half lengthwise
  • 300 g Corsican Brocciu or ricotta
  • 1 garlic cloves Crush or chop
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs leaf parsley pluck and chop
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 eggs
  • Sea salt and black pepper Freshly ground

Tomato sauce

  • 400 g chopped tomatoes tinned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shallots peel and chop finely
  • 1 garlic cloves Crush or chop
  • 2 sprigs basil leaves roughly chop
  • Sea salt and black pepper Freshly ground

Preparations

Tomato sauce

1. Lightly fry the shallots and garlic in olive oil.

2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook covered on a low heat during 20 minutes, stir occasiionally.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Finally, add the basil.

filling

1. Mix brocciu, garlic, olive oil, egg, chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Instructions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 190° C / 374°F with bottom / top heat.

2. Get the DUROMATIC® Comfort ready with a trivert and 100 ml water.

3. Place the halved courgettes in the steamer insert and place them on the trivert.

4. Close the lid and start cooking assistant of the app. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

5. Allow the courgettes to cool down a little, then remove the pulp with the ball cutter, leaving enough margin.

6. Chop the loosened pulp and stir into the filling mixture.

7. Season the halves, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and fill with the mixture.

8. Bake in the oven on the middle rung for about 15 minutes.

Serving

Serve with tomato sauce and dry rice.

Hint If served as a side dish, halve the quantity.

4. Close the lid and cook under pressure on setting 2 for 2 minutes.

5. As soon as the desired pressure level has been reached, start the cooking assistant. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

6. At the end of the cooking time cool the rim of the cooker under cold running water until the pressure indicator stem remains in its lowest position.

7. Allow the courgettes to cool down a little, then remove the pulp with the ball cutter, leaving enough margin.

8. Chop the loosened pulp and stir into the filling mixture.

9. Season the halves, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and fill with the mixture.

10. Bake in the oven on the middle rung for about 15 minutes.

Serving

Serve with tomato sauce and dry rice.

Hint If served as a side dish, halve the quantity.
