  • 2 red onions (4 oz.) chop
  • 2 garlic cloves Crush
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 1/4 cups ground beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 7 fl.oz. full-bodied red wine
  • 1/2 cup long grain rice (parboiled rice 20 minutes)
  • 1 3/4 cups beef stock prepare
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce sweet (Indonesian kecap asin sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 2 cloves
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 bunch leaf parsley Wash, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop finely
  • 3 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Heat the clarified butter in the DUROMATIC®. Lightly sweat onions and garlic.

2. Add the beef and fry for a few minutes while turning constantly.

3. Add the tomato purée and stir.

4. Douse with the red wine and reduce completely.

5. Add the rice with beef stock and soy sauce.

6. Add paprika, cinnamon and cloves, season with salt and pepper.

7. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Close lid.

8. Cook on setting 2 for 10 minutes.

9. As soon as the desired pressure level has been reached, start the cooking assistant. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

10. At the end of the cooking time press lightly on the pressure indicator stem until no more steam escapes.

Serving

Season the dish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve the grated cheese separately.
