We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to join our team at Kuhn Rikon. As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers while representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Kuhn Rikon products, their features, and benefits to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Sales: Actively promote and sell Kuhn Rikon products, upsell where appropriate, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized store environment through proper merchandising, restocking, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management.

Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Kuhn Rikon products to customers.

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

Ø Previous retail experience is preferred.

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Enthusiasm for cooking and kitchenware products is preferred.

Ø Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy products up to 50 lbs.

Ø Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.

Ø Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Ø Employment in this role will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
