1. The online sweepstakes on the website "www.kuhnrikon.com/us" is open to all persons from the USA who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation. Participation in the competition is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services.

2 Employees, managing directors and members of the supervisory board of Kuhn Rikon AG as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.

The closing date for entries is August 31st at 23:59.

4. the competition consists of a call to fill in & submit a form on the website.

5. Three winners are drawn after the closing date under exclusion of the legal process. Only the prizes described in the sweepstakes will be awarded: 1 2L HOTPAN per person

A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.

6. each participant may only participate once.

7. comments or images that violate the guidelines of Facebook or Instagram or the copyright will be removed after knowledge without notice. The participant is then excluded from the prize.

8 Kuhn Rikon AG is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical disruptions and events beyond its control due to force majeure or by third parties, nor for the functionality of the online competition on the computer used for participation.

9 The winners will be asked to send their personal data to Kuhn Rikon AG by direct message within 5 working days.

11. should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
