Step 1

  • »1 3/4 pounds veal shoulder have the butcher cut it into 3 cm / 1.2 inches large pieces
  • »2 tbsp olive oil
  • »1 onions chop
  • »2 garlic cloves Crush
  • »1 tbsp tomato purée
  • »3/4 cup sherry
  • »3/4 cup meat stock
  • »1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • »2 bay leaves
  • »1/4 organic lemons Rinse under hot water then grate the zest
  • »1 tsp hot paprika
  • »2 pinches cinnamon ground
  • »2 pinches coriander ground
  • » Sea salt and black pepper Freshly ground

Step 2

  • »2 carrots peel, cut into cubes
  • »1 green pepper halve, remove the core and cut into strips
  • »1 red pepper halve, remove the core and cut into strips
  • »1 yellow pepper halve, remove the core and cut into strips
  • »17 3/4 ounces potatoes that remain firm when cooked peel, cut into cubes

Instructions

Step 1

1. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, brown the meat, season to taste with freshly ground sea salt and black pepper. Then put into the DUROMATIC® Comfort.

2. Lightly cook the onions, garlic and tomato purée in the frying pan, douse with sherry and water.

3. Add the thyme, bayleaf, lemon zest, paprika, cinnamon, coriander, and beef bouillon. Add to the meat and mix together.

Step 2

1. While the meat is cooking prepare the vegetables.

2. After cooling down, rub the bottom of the pot on a dry cloth before placing it back on the hob.

3. Add potatoes and vegetables to the meat.

4. Place the lid on the pan and start cooking assistant of the app. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

Serving

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with plain rice.

Step 2

1. While the meat is cooking prepare the vegetables.

Serving

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
