- »2 1/2 ounces wheat semolina
- »2 tbsp sunflower oil
- »1 onions (4 oz.) chop finely
- »1/2 leek cut in half lengthways, wash and cut into strips
- »3 1/2 cups meat stock
- »1 knife tip grated nutmeg
- »0 knife tip dried marjoram
- »1/2 bunch chives slice finely
- » Salt and pepper Freshly ground
Instructions
1. Heat the oil and roast the semolina until light brown. Add the onions and leek to the semolina and sweat for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Add the meat stock, season with nutmeg and marjoram.
2. Stir well with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
3. Place the lid on the pan and start cooking assistant of the app. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android
Serving
Season to taste with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with chives.
