Ingredients

  • »4 1/2 ounces medium corn semolina
  • »2 1/2 cups instant vegetable stock prepare
  • »1 tbsp olive oil
  • »2 pears wash, halve, core and cut into slices
  • »6 slices of raclette cheese
  • »1 pinch nutmeg
  • » Salt and black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Step 1

1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil.

2. Pour in the corn and bring to the boil while stirring.

3. Put on the lid.

4. Then place the DUROTHERM® / HOTPAN® into the base / insulating bowl and softcook for 10 minutes.

5. Start the cooking assistant. The app can be installed free of charge in the corresponding store for iOS and Android

6. Season to taste the polenta with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

7. Allow to stand for a few minutes until the mixture has solidified.

Step 2

1. Pre-heat the oven to 220° C / 425°F with bottom / top heat.

2. Grease the gratin dish with a little olive oil.

3. Use two soup spoons to shape the polenta into dumplings and arrange in the gratin dish.

4. Place a pear slice between the dumplings and cover with cheese slices at the end.

5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
