  • »6 1/2 tbsp white wine

  • »3/4 cup cream
  • »2 pinches nutmeg ground
  • »2 tsp instant vegetable stock

Instructions

1. Heat the oil and sauté the onion.

2. Add leek and potatoes and deglaze with white wine and water.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Stir well.
