Our Swiss-made, DUROMATIC® Gourmet removes the guesswork as it has cooking times for popular foods such as rice, stew and potatoes printed on the black valve housing. Ideal for home cooks who prefer to create their own dishes rather than following strict recipes.

The pressure cooker, with ergonomic handles, sits well in the hand and is unmatched in its simplicity. It is very easy to use. The valued four-fold overpressure safety system and the fully automatic lid lock prevent opening under pressure.

The 3.7qt pressure cooker makes dinner for 2 to 4, the 5.3 qt will do a 3.5 lb. chicken or a 4 lb. roast.
