I want to prepare steamed cod with lemon and rosemary in my new DUROMATIC. Do you have any suggestions?

Sounds delicious! Try steaming it on the trivet over white wine with the lemon and rosemary in the wine. Don't forget the lemon zest. That's what really gives it the flavor. Make sure that the pressure doesn't rise above the first red ring. Cook only 3 minutes and use the cold water release method so that you stop the cooking as soon as possible. It's very easy to overcook fish in the pressure cooker.
